Events and RSVP

Posting Eliot Events

Students and affiliates may post events to the general event calendar. Choose "Post Eliot Event" from the Website Tools Menu.
If you are posting an IM events or Advising event, please use the "Post Advising Event" or "Post IM Event" link. If you do not have access to this link, you may request it by emailing the webmaster.

Signups/RSVP

Signups/RSVP can be enabled for any event when it is created, or subsequently, by clicking "Edit" at the top. The event creator can also manage signups by setting limits on attendance, configuring reminders, manually closing signups etc.

Simple RSVP

You can use this feature to create a page where people can RSVP for an event that will not be listed in the general event calendar. This is useful for events that are more limited in scope. If you wish to create an event that will appear on the House's event calendar, please post an "Eliot Event" (see above). You will be able to enable RSVP for that event there.
