There are five rules of engagement in the Eliot Community:

Be helpful

Share opinions and experiences that strengthen the community’s collective intelligence.

Be curious

Diversity of thought is a virtue. We’re here to learn new perspectives; not to win arguments.

Be courteous

We are to build community, grow in wisdom and “epart to serve better thy country and thy kind”. To do so Eliot House builds a community of trust and respect that fosters learning and sharing.

Be concise

Keep things as simple as possible but not any simpler. Respect people’s most valuable asset, time! We believe in the 5 sentence emails

Be engaged

Feedback is essential to vibrant communities.
