Jasper Johnston

Hello Eliot! My name is Jasper and I serve as Co-Chair of the Eliot Fellowships Committee and as a Pre-Law tutor. 

A graduate of Eliot House, I pursued a Special Concentration in Strategic Social Behavior—focusing on negotiation, social psychology, and sustainability—with a secondary in Ethnicity, Migration, Rights. After graduating, I completed a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford as a St. Cross Scholar. Following several years of working as a management consultant, I completed a Juris Doctor degree at Harvard Law School, serving as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. I have previously held roles with the International Rescue Committee, the UN World Food Programme, and the Harvard International Negotiation Program. My academic work on law, intergroup psychology, and negotiation has been published by the United Nations, World Economic Forum, Harvard Law Review, and Stanford Technology Law Review.

In my spare time, I enjoy singing, cooking, playing IMs, running, reading, watching Netflix, and photography. Please reach out if you want to talk!
