Fateh (victory!) Eliot House! My name is Serene, and I'm so excited to help Eliot be your cherished home here at Harvard!

Before law school, I received my PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice (working with women on death row in the United States) at the University of Oxford through the Rhodes Scholarship, advised on a Netflix documentary on women who are serial killers, authored a children’s book for young girls, and was a USA pageant titleholder! I graduated from CU Boulder prior to my time in Oxford, where I studied Political Science, Journalism, and Leadership Studies. I am a BIG fan of every type of dancing possible (although trained in Punjabi Bhangra!), dogs, fashion, thinking about Sikh philosophy, and living with joy as a practice!
