Swathi Srinivasan
Hey! I'm Swathi (she/hers), and I'm a PhD candidate in Population Health Sciences (Social and Behavioral Sciences track) here at Harvard. I'm so excited to be a res tutor in Eliot House -- my undergrad house!
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I graduated from Harvard in 2021, where I studied Social Studies and History of Science with a secondary in Chemistry. I spent my time doing a mix of things, from global health policy and chemistry research, to running a late-night radio show at WHRB, to leading the IOP Policy Program and Harvard's overdose prevention student group. After graduating, I tracked turtles for a marine nonprofit in Maui before heading to Oxford for my MPhil in History of Medicine as a Rhodes Scholar. After that, I spent a year travelling the world documenting global overdose prevention efforts, before joining the AmeriCorps program at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program as an overdose prevention care coordinator.
In my free time, I love to surf, play/watch soccer (Força Barça!), photograph concerts, explore coffee shops, and cheer far too loudly for Cleveland sports. Come say hi!
